The importance of spay/neuter in our communities is paramount.  This program provides assistance to pet owners who fall in low income groups or those who need assistance due to special circumstances.
 
We would like to see this fundraising effort expanded into communities and workplaces as this program benefits our entire coverage area of Antigonish and Guysborough counties right through to Port Hawkesbury.
 
Would your workplace be interested in participating by:
·         Having your employees and management throw their spare change in a container and submit it to the coin drive, and/or
·         Putting a container in your business for customers or clients to put their spare change in. 
 
Every little bit makes a difference.
 
Last year, the staff and faculty at St. FX raised over $700 by doing a collection of spare change.
